Our brand new tech support position involves:


· Remote technical support using telephone, email and remote desktop sessions
· Working with the development team to solve technical issues and bugs
· Hand holding new customers to get them over the first 2 week learning curve
· Delivering product demonstrations to help people understand how WORKetc might work for their business
· Producing quick-start manuals and cheat sheets (ie technical documents that aren't dull and lifeless!)

I am looking for someone to cold call 25 hours per week into Dr's. offices and set-up appointments for the Sales Director. The position pays $7/hour +commission for every office that is secured for our services as well as $10/appoinment. The position is for Monday afternoon from 1-5 and 9-5 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with an hour off from 12-1. I prefer someone who has experience in the Medical field as well as on the phone.
