*Must be willing to work 30-40 hours/week. Must be able to work Monday-Friday (Saturdays optional)
*Hiring for PM shift currently 1pm -7pm PST (option to work overtime: 7pm-9pm on the PM shift). Optional Saturday shifts also available. (potential to switch to AM shift later on, 7am-1pm)
*Must have high-speed internet (not wireless)
*Macs are NOT compatible with the dialing system we utilize
*Must have excellent verbal communication skills (ability to speak clearly)
*Must have a competitive drive with the desire to make $$$
* Telesales experience a plus!
*Previous sales experience strongly preferred!
*Must be coach-able and must be a team player
*Must have ability to see "the big picture"

in choosing and developing their key people, making their processes (how they
do business) more cost-effective and in assisting in developing their business

This is an opportunity for an individual with good organizational and communication skills who is able to work independently at home. Flexible hours (anytime between 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM weekdays only). Email and voicemail are required.
This is a work-from-home position using a proven system (since 1996) with scripts as well as email and web support. We are looking for an experienced "effective communicator" to set short appointments with leaders of organizations to meet in their offices at their convenience. We provide the leads, scripts and support for this system. The focus is on San Diego and the surrounding area. The pay is weekly. The majority is from a $100/appointment fee. Initially, there is a per call(voicemail/advance) fee and after an initial period, there is a $100 bonus each week for meeting the weekly target/goal of appointments and an additional $25 per appointment after this target. You receive a small percentage of any sales as well. Historically, after start-up, past associates have averaged $20 to $45 per hour worked depending upon level of effectiveness.
