Administrative Claim Service, Inc. (ACS) is located in Winchester, MA. ACS services the insurance industry with recordings, transcriptions and interpreting. We currently have an immediate opening for a Mandarin speaking transcriptionist. The successful candidate can work at home and possess excellent English writing skills. Transcription assignments received must be completed and returned to ACS through our proprietary Transcript System within 2 business days. Transcriptionists are paid based upon the number of pages typed. The current rate of pay is $3.25 per page.

Procurement and InvoicePayment Administrative Support

We require a person to manage payment of our online vendors  We purchase many online services such as dedicated servers, voip providers, and other online services.

We need help with making sure all of the bills get paid.
The job would be for a someone who pays these bills monthly for us, or as directed by us. 

It requires that the person is able to open a paypal account and get it verified, which preferably will be through our email system. The person will then tell us how much they need each month to pay all the bills, and we will transfer the lump sum into their account and then they pay all the bills for us. 

ProjectCoordinator/Manager (Bedford, MA)

National Land Survey Consultants are looking for skilled administrator with real estate document experience to assist us in all facets of our operation - land survey knowledge a plus.  Part-time to start, but we expect to progress to full-time for successful individual. The position is currently on a consulting basis. 
Some work out of Bedford MA, and some from your home office.
Independent, self-starter with some background in reading real estate documents/titles/ land surveys. Duties will include significant administrative responsibilities, as well as review of surveys to other title and record documents.

Excel data reintegration

In a recent project, we removed several columns from an Excel sheet (1000+ rows), in order to edit the content. The problem? We've since shuffled this information so many times, it no longer matches the master sheet's ordering. We require a skilled Excel worker to reintegrate this edited information to the master sheet in the order it was originally in.

We are still looking for a " highly skilled" Full Charge Bookkeeper, one who has to be PROFICIENT at Quickbooks. You should have experience with both on-site and telecommuting bookkeeping work. The ideal candidate will have no less than 5 years experience and be available to visit multiple individual client accounts either at the client's physical site or working virtually from your home office. Must have home office space with own computer, printer, and internet service. 
Experience will include generating monthly and weekly financial reports, bank reconciliations, Accts. Payable, Accts. Receivable, set up and maintain filing systems. Meeting with a manager weekly and keeping to a tight schedule is mandatory.
