This is a professional level position for individuals whom work well independently and are self-motivated, yet prefer the convenience of virtual work.

Web Search Evaluators work on interesting projects that are geared to improve search engine results 

• The work generally includes reviewing and evaluating internet search results based on specific instructions.
• The evaluation work is typically done using online automated tools
• Hours -- Vary by project. Some projects require at least 4 hours per day (Monday-Friday) and others have the flexibility to choose the hours they wish to work each day and some projects have set hours
• Projects require a commitment to work 20-22 hours per week. 
• Task based work
• Projects are ongoing with possibility to be long-term
• Must first complete a rigorous qualification process that requires successfully completing a review of training materials and a series of exams (paid time if completed). The qualification process may involve up to 25-40 hours of commitment over 1-3 week period
• Consultants accepted onto a project will need to consistently meet service levels

Reservation Specialist for Limo Call Center (san jose downtown)

Looking for 2 candidates with excellent customer service skills to work from home and take phone calls for a reservation company. Candidates with experience with five9 or Limoanywhere would be a big plus. This is a 1099 contract position and the work hours are 20 hrs min-24hrs a week max. Schedule will vary week to week but includes one weekend and 2 days in the middle of the week. The ideal candidate must sound great on the phone, must be able to multi task and handle heavy call volume at times. Call volume varies with each work day, sometimes it is very slow and you will get only a couple of calls during your shift, other times it will be heavy call volume and you will get heavy call volume during your shift. Good written and oral communication is a must. Must have descent computer knowledge. You get to work from the comfort of your home, all you need is a computer and good internet connection. Must have a quiet environment when taking calls due to calls being recorded and sometimes being sent to clients to listen to their recordings. If you are great in customer service and sound good on the phone and would like to have a job that has flexible hours and lets you work from home, this may be a great opportunity
