We are a small, friendly medical group. Our excellent transcriptionist is too busy, and we need someone to help with backup. You would be transcribing psychiatric reports for workers' compensation. The audio files are typically 30-45 minutes each. The maximum would be about three per week, although this would vary considerably with our work flow.

We're looking for and individual to perform targeted searches based on specified job descriptions, and to send follow up contact as desired 

We need a Virtual Assistant who can:
1. Answer about 30 in-bound calls/week. You will be providing information on our property's location, hours of operation, costs of our rental units, application fee, etc.
2. Posting 2 - 3 ads/week on the internet, and replying to about 10 e-mails/week, again providing information about our property.
3. Market research such as searching on the internet for homes for sale that we might purchase, and/or finding out how much our competition is charging and amenities they offer.

This is very part-time work - perhaps only 3 - 4 hours/week. But there will likely be additional work given to you if you do this well. You will have a chance to learn about real estate investing from a successful investor and you might make much more out of this job.
