PT Client Services Coordinator/Dispatcher and animal lover (Silver Spring, MD)

We are seeking a PT dispatcher/client services coordinator for a pet sitting company in Silver Spring, MD. Hours are 3 week nights a week (7-9pm) and weekends (9-5) during which you will be on call to respond to client and sitter emails and phone calls (average work is usually 1-2 hours an evening and 3-4 hours on the weekends). Work can be done from your own computer and home as well as using a smartphone.

For this position you will:

Part Time Legal Assistant. Spanish-English Required.


Looking for bi-lingual (Spanish) part time office assistant for small, dynamic plaintiff's side law firm based in San Francisco. Office is virtual -- assistant is required to work from home (with firm equipment) and only occasionally come to actual office. 

Assistant will answer phones, interview potential clients in English and Spanish, translate documents from English to Spanish and vice versa, schedule appointments and maintain attorneys' calendars, file documents, send correspondence for attorneys, communicate with clients, and perform other office and legal assistant tasks as needed. This is not an exclusive list of all duties. 

Initially, we expect the workload to require 12-15 hours/week. However, it is likely that additional hours will be required so schedule flexibility is a must.
