Our Client is looking for someone to put together a series of Trainers Manuals for their leadership and management programs.  The project is fairly extensive as we have 16 days worth of material that is both visual and written and we need to get it shaped up into manuals that we can use to both train our trainers and manage quality.

They have existing manuals but they are dated and don't track to the current visual presentations.

:Provider Data Operations Project Manager


You're empowered to do your best by assisting with Operational Projects in Provider Data Operations (PDO). PDO is responsible for the loading and ongoing maintenance of provider demographic information for physicians. We strive to ensure our data is accurate to facilitate accurate claims processing, maximizing access to our providers through updated provider directories and meeting regulatory reporting requirements. This PDO Project Manager will focus on improving provider data to improve our competitive position for Community and State business to allow us to win new business and maintain compliance. The position will focus on managing the provider demographic and contract loading for the C&S (Community & State) new business implementations and expansions. In this role you will develop and manage project plans, ensure project documentation is accurate and completed timely, lead large cross functional workgroups across the enterprise, determine staffing requirements, risk identification and mitigation plans and regular presentation of project status to leadership. In addition to leading the new business implementations the Project Manager will lead initiatives across the Office of Provider Data Integrity to improve provider data accuracy, lead workgroups to resolve escalated and complex operational issues as well as work to develop long term solutions and streamline processes through root cause identification and risk mitigation. Furthermore, this position will collect C&S specific business requirements by state and perform the necessary gap analysis to determine where our current processes and systems fail to meet the state requirements and implement long term procedural and systemic solutions to ensure ongoing compliance with any changing state requirements.
