You have a self starter's work ethic, are Mac savvy and bring a "can figure it out and get it done" approach to everyday and out of the box tasks. You have both verifiable references and proven experience using Quikbooks and other online services and apps such as Less Accounting, GoogleApps and more. You must also be very email and Skype friendly, as well as know how to work with PowerPoint, Excel, Calendar and other apps. You are by nature a crisp and polite communicator, with solid bookkeeping skills and able to support multiple executives. Ideally you are a parent with school age children looking initially for 9-2 or 10-3 work hours and can also occasionally work from home.

You will be setting appointments which our Closers will call to close the sales. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced payroll expert with accounting experience! This individual will be responsible to ensure smooth, accurate and timely operations of payroll and accounting activities. If you love being part of a team and love numbers -- then we want you!!! The position is based in our Sacramento operation center, but as long as you can make weekly commutes to the office, you can work remotely from home the rest of the time if you prefer.
Specifically, you will oversee, optimize and manage our payroll system and be available to assist with monthly invoicing, collections and reconciliation of accounts.
