We are looking for a part-time, self-starter, who can help us source candidates using social networking, online databases and by cold calling prospective candidates and clients. The job will also involve phone interviews with candidates who have responded to our on line postings.

Appointment Scheduler (Southcenter)

Position: Appointment Setter (Kent Valley)
Job Description: Work from home, or from our food service brokerage office. Contact (via phone or email) restaurant type end-users to schedule tastings of our food products. Follow-up with timely calls after tastings to verify conversion status. Candidate will be provided a qualified list of prospects each week, appropriate product training, role-playing, and access to extensive product knowledge.
Qualifications: Articulate, Organized, Educated, Self-motivated, Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred), Access to a Computer, Adept with Microsoft Office (preferred)
Hours: Part Time (Monday -- Friday; 1:00 -- 5:00 PM)
Base Wage: $12.00 per hour
Bonus Pay: Additional commission based upon verified conversions

We are seeking individuals with sales backgrounds to handle an ongoing stream of incoming calls. Full training is provided.

Your role will involve working from your home office taking inbound calls; there is absolutely NO cold calling ever! All of our incoming calls are run through a lead filtering system that is specifically designed to eliminate individuals with a low interest level who would otherwise waste your time. Thus you will only be speaking with prequalified, highly interested prospects.

Bookkeeping at home (South King County)

A small company providing bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses is seeking an experienced person for bookkeeping jobs.

We use QuickBooks, and you need to have advanced level of experience in QuickBooks, accounting, and payroll. You need to have years of experience in doing bookkeeping for a number of small businesses. We do not have time for offering basic training. However, on the job, you will receive help with the intricacies of QuickBooks beyond the basics to help you do your job. Your job will be the same every month. We will assign certain clients to you to do bookkeeping jobs for them month after month. Very soon, the jobs will become an easy routine for you. Though you will be on your own, there will be constant technical help and advice available at every step in your work if you need it.
