We are an IT consulting company on the North Shore Massachusetts  looking for some help with inside sales.

We are looking for a few individual to work within our sales dept to assist in lead generation and appointment setting for our sales team.

Requirements, Expectations and Information:

• Two years of experience in Q&A transcription (In lieu of experience court reporting training with 160 wpm minimum and CAT software mastery will be accepted.)
• Transcription partners are expected to meet minimum production levels.
• Pay is by the page.
• Pay dates are every other Friday via direct deposit only.
• Background checks are required.
• Strict computer system security requirements (robust internet security software, free encryption software, use of a VPN to connect to the Allegis transcription job queue, etc.)
• Intermediate computer knowledge/skills are a must.
• Startup can be labor intensive and needs to be done in a timely manner.
• Once set up and online training has been completed and transcript quality meets expectations, transcriptionists have access to the job queue and can work their own hours.

Key Assistants are the “go to” point person between our company and the Real Estate professionals we provide Virtual Assistant services for. We are essentially the overseer of the client’s services and ensure all their needs are met. Key Assistants generally work between 10-25 hours per week and our hours are flexible. Phone work is minimal with the exception of a weekly call with your client. Our Team Leader leads the training program and is always available as a resource. The training itself is comprised of self-assigned tasks that will guide you on how to be a successful Key Assistant to your client. After successfully completing training, you are paired with a Mentor who will continue to assist you with any questions you may have.
