Functional Responsibilities:
Manages a large in-house network development team responsible for recruiting and maintaining the DHMO and PPO network of dentists through mail, telephone and on-site visits.
Supports all Dental Product management initiatives as it pertains to networks, provider relations and quality management initiatives.
Evaluates market growth potential and develops customer growth plans and performance guarantees.
Maintains relationship with the ADA and other state professional associations.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Full people management responsibilities, including hiring, performance and compensation management, training and development.
