The Manager, Customer Care - Major Accounts leads a team of Customer Relationship Managers to ensure a sustained relationship with clients, and to achieve complete customer satisfaction.  The Manager, Customer Care - Major Accounts must understand the client’s overall business and how to position Citrix products, messaging and services and be an authority on Citrix and industry standard technologies.  The Manager, Customer Care - Major Accounts will also analyze individual & team metrics, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other data points to determine areas of concern or opportunities for improvement within Customer Care.  The Manager, Customer Care - Major Accounts is also responsible for driving the professional development of their Customer Relationships Managers staff, including mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.  The position requires the ability to multi-task between team members in their support of different clients, sales opportunities and other initiatives.

staying ahead of industry trends and continuously building destination knowledge
