Work at home telecommuting job leads Jan 5th

Work from home doing legal and government transcription at competitive per page rates! Part-time flexibility means you can work when you want! Must be familiar with legal terminology - great if you are a paralegal wanting to work from home - and must know the Trial Courts rules of transcription (mass.gov/transcription). Per page rate varies according to due date and type of work. Must have JAVS, Courtsmart and For-the-Record software on your computer and must purchase Start/Stop and ProDex software which enables you to type 911 calls and do word indexing which is required at the end of each document. You will be asked to do a test project to qualify for consideration. Job seems easier than it is but work is challenging and interesting. Must meet due dates, submit invoices, be able to use an FTP site, create CDs of documents and have a helpful and determined attitude. In other words, you must know MSWord VERY well, be comfortable operating a PC and the Internet. A legal background is a strong plus. Great hourly rate depends on your per page output. Experience required. References required.
Do you ever wonder what makes a story go viral? Do you have a knack for picking up on trends and being the first to share the next popular story before your friends?

We are a profitable start up looking for a writer to help us find and write the stories that our audience will share with their friends. We have an office in downtown Boston, but you have the option to telecommute up to four days per week.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. The discipline to be productive from home on their own.
2. The desire to write about a wide range of topics (life hacks, health, food) as well as keeping an open mind when writing about both sides of controversial topics (politics, religion, etc.).
3. A strong grasp of grammar and an entertaining writing style.
4. Experience publishing with Wordpress.

Leading online food industry publication needs a part-time reporter/writer to research current topics and write professional "news-style" articles on a regular basis.

Previous reporting experience necessary. Interest in food and writing about food helpful.
