Home-Based Reservations Representatives sell American Airlines service to prospective customers by answering incoming calls and assisting customers in reaching satisfactory solutions to their travel-related needs. They apply sales techniques while providing schedules, fare and flight information to our customers in a manner that meets the standards of high customer service as outlined in training and the call handling guidelines. In addition, the Home-Based Reservations Representative responds to callers' inquiries in our non-airline related ventures as call volume dictates.

This position allows you to work from your home office but will require you to remain at your workstation for extended periods of time. The 24-hour operation requires shift work. Schedules will likely include weekends, holidays, overnights, day and evening shifts, and could vary throughout the year. You will be required to work from the local reservations office for approximately 10 weeks, which includes several weeks of fast-paced, intensive training. Employees will also be required to report for any local meeting/training location for periodic training, team meetings, and as required by management. 

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of contractual commitments within scope, time, budget and partner expectation.  This position is responsible for the management of all phases of large-scale contract delivery including, but not limited to, translating contractual documents into working documents, identifying and communicating roles and responsibilities, establishing schedules and priorities, acting as team leader for representatives of all involved stakeholders, establishing and monitoring program metrics to assure compliance with contractual requirements, monitoring risk and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring quality standards are met,  establishing and maintaining effective communication between all parties and interfacing with the contractual partner and third party alliance partners.

We are seeking Russian-bilingual telephone data collectors to work from home and collect research data on a variety of subjects, such as: education, the environment, health and transportation.  All telephone data collectors will be expected to work in English and Spanish.

Candidates must be able to work 15-40 hours per week, during the following times: evenings (5pm-10pm ET), late evenings (9pm-12am ET), and weekends

Identify social media trends and measure social media effectiveness through analytics. Work with our editorial and creative team, to become the daily “voice” of ESME on social media. Candidates should have experience managing social media platforms, with demonstrated success building audience and increasing engagement numbers, excellent copy writing skills, and an interest in promoting ESME’s mission.

This is a contract position that will be based from your home-based office, reporting to our Staffing Department of our Reimbursement and Advisory Services Division of Altegra Health.  The Remote Outpatient Coder will have the following responsibilities:
Outpatient coders review patient records and assign accurate codes for each diagnosis and procedure using ICD-9-CM and CPT / HCPCS (3M coding software), as well as appropriate coding references.  This individual will be required to make independent decisions regarding accurate ICD-9-CM and CPT / HCPCS codes assignments.  These decisions will play a key role in determining the reimbursement potential and adherence to coding compliance regulations and corporate policies developed to ensure accurate billing.
