You’ll be working from your home (or wherever you’d like!) taking care of our customers, an amazing community of small business owners, social media marketers, and bloggers!
You’ll have full ownership of making our customers happy, and be our main internal liaison for communicating what users are asking for.
We’re a service-first company that values quick and personal responses. You'll be command central for all of the communication that comes into the business, fielding it or responding to it as necessary. (Basically - you are gonna spend a WHOLE lotta time writing emails!)
The types of emails you’ll be writing:
- Techie stuff: when people report bugs or are having trouble using Edgar, you’ll help them troubleshoot and re-create bugs for our development team
- Taking care of people stuff: when people just want to chat or have a social media question, you'll respond
- Selling stuff: you’ll be our frontline for getting prospects acquainted with Edgar and how using our software to manage their social media will benefit them
You need to love working on a team AND be great at directing your own time, as you’ll be managing your own workflow. Excellent time-management skills are extremely important for this role.
You’ll be taking care of our customers and community for about 15-20 hours per week - mostly Monday through Friday during normal US business hours, but we have room for you to stretch those hours into the weekend as well.


What it takes—program details: Working Solutions is partnering with a major insurance provider to enroll customers in a variety of insurance products.  Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents must be able to communicate effectively with customers by listening to their requests and suggesting suitable policies for their consideration.  Agents will work online and over the phone to evaluate the characteristics of each client to determine the appropriate insurance policy in addition to providing product support.

Agents must be actively licensed in Life and/or Health Insurance to work with this client.  A strong sales background is important for this program.
