Part Time - Work at Home -- Must reside in MA
The Scheduling Assistant will work as an integral part of a high level Financial Executive Sales Team. In this role the Assistant's responsibility will be to schedule meetings with existing clients (no cold calling) for their assigned Sales Executive via the phone and Email. Prior Financial Services experience and/or executive assistant experience is required as well as intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience working in the Financial Services Industry and/or as an Executive Assistant is needed along with Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to cultivate relationships with senior executives through phone and e-mail contact and have a proven track record of strong customer service orientation.
A successful candidate must be an energetic, professional person who is a very reliable, detail oriented self-starter who requires minimum direction to succeed. This person must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and uphold the highest level of phone etiquette.
Ability to work out of your home and provide a computer (must be a PC and not a Mac), high speed internet access, and dedicated phone line. The home office must be a noise-free, dedicated professional environment.
We are seeking experienced full and part-time Speech and Language Annotators to transcribe and annotate speech. This is in support of our commitment to enabling, expanding and enhancing interactions with our customers.
Provide hands-on transcription and annotation services.
Translate established guidelines into daily work practices.
Work autonomously with minimum direction.
Contract position lasting 4 months with a strong possibility of extension or permanent placement.
Part-time position- roughly 20 hours per week.
After initial 2 week training session, employee will be able to work from home.
