As a Work at Home Reservation Sales Agent I for Holland America Line, you will respond to a variety of inbound calls from Travel Professionals and consumers. You will utilize your superior customer service skills to build rapport, recommend and book cruises, Land and Sea Journeys, and options. Be a knowledgeable resource for travel professionals and consumers. Provide quality customer service on all calls. Maintain department's telephone service level goals. In this position, selected candidates will train and work from home.


This position is responsible for analyzing client requirements, performing setups in Glory, reviewing and correcting Glory errors, and providing maintenance and support in Glory to ensure complete and accurate data in the reporting tools.




  These positions require the ability to attend training  - Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm for the duration of the training period of approximately 5 weeks.

Responsible for assisting customers with travel requests by answering incoming calls and matching the features and benefits of Alaska Airlines to the needs of the passengers

Answer customer's inquiries regarding all aspects of their travel on Alaska Airlines or one of our travel partners

Ability to handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with first call resolution

Assist customers with technical website and mobile navigation needs

Make new reservations and change existing reservations on scheduled domestic and international flights

Perform both computer and inbound/outbound telephone related tasks

Other duties as assigned

This is the entry level position of a two level career path.  The incumbent is responsible for providing critical and accurate information on benefits, claims and/or policy administration.  All work is carefully performed according to established protocols/procedures.  As the first point of contact and a direct representation of the Unum/Colonial brand, this position is responsible for the execution of exceptional customer satisfaction by acting in the best interest of the customer; ensuring information is accurate, applying empathy to those situations that require special care and concern.  Customer issue resolution is a priority - issues should be resolved on the first call whenever possible.



This position will require incumbents to work from home, separate from the home office. On rare occasions remote employees may be required to come to the office. This position requires the setup and use of multiple systems, applications and administrative processes.  While service is focused on our external customers, this position is responsible for creating detailed/appropriate documentation for our internal cross-functional business partners.


Net Transcripts is recruiting individuals who can transcribe audio content of criminal investigations.

We are looking for a dedicated pool of contractors who can consistently complete 40-60 audio minutes per day, 5 days per week.

You must have prior transcription experience. The most successful candidates will have experience transcribing for a law enforcement agency (police department, sheriff's department, etc.), court reporting experience, or similar. You must be able to type 80+ WPM, have excellent grammar, outstanding accuracy and proofreading skills, have experience with MS Word, and must demonstrate strong computer literacy.
