Responsibilities include processing AP, AR, journal entries, payroll, sales tax reports, bank reconciliations, performing month-end closing and generating compiled financial statements. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive customer service attitude. Accounting degree with 3+ years experience and a well-rounded knowledge at QuickBooks a must. Payroll processing experience using QuickBooks a plus.
