Responds to requests received from Aetna’s Law Document Center regarding litigation; lawsuits Handles extensive file review requests. Assists in preparation of complaint trend reports. Assists in compiling claim data for customer audits. Determines medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions and verifies member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence and internal referrals. Handles incoming requests for appeals and pre-authorizations not handled by Clinical Claim Management .Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible. Performs financial data maintenance as necessary. Uses applicable system tools and resources to produce quality letters and spreadsheets in response to inquiries received.

Here are some tips 

•Assurance DOES NOT hire in CA, MA, OR NJ!
• Position IS 1099. You make your own schedule! Work when you want! No minimum hours required. You can work 5 hours a work or 60 it doesn't matter!
• Required internet speeds are 10 upload and 10 download! They also ask for a good performing desktop or laptop. You will also need a UBS headset!

• They pay through zelle. After your first day, you will get a text or email to receive your pay. You will just create an account and enter your card info and then after that first time your payments will automatically deposit into your account!
