Disabled People can work at home

After Tom Courter suffered a debilitating illness that forced him to change his profession and slow his lifestyle, he's been able to use technology to help him forge a new career.

Courter, who lives south of Midland, spent three weeks in the hospital and underwent months of treatment after flesh-eating bacteria disease created a huge wound that reached from his waistline two-thirds of the way to his knee. Once a sales manager for a company that designs and sells ambulances and rescue vehicles, he no longer can climb ladders and get to the tops of the trucks to show prospective buyers how they're made. So he put his college accounting studies to work, took a self-study course and became Courter Accounting Services.
