U-Haul's Emergency Road Service
department is looking for telecommuting agents. We are looking for dedicated,
enthusiastic team members with a positive attitude. As a tele-commuting Hotline
Agent, you will answer incoming calls in your own home from Customers in need
of emergency road service. After gathering detailed information, you will
dispatch calls to the appropriate shop or service providers who will assist the
Customer. The Emergency Road Service/ Customer Service Department is open 24
hours per day, seven days per week. We offer flexible work schedules, paid
training, part-time positions. Requirements: *Good Customer Service

This inside sales position involves
accepting, managing and closing in-bound leads delivered through existing sales
and marketing channels. As Sales Representative you will present our SaaS-model
online community and membership management software to associations, nonprofits
and membership based organizations all over the world. Work closely with
YourMembership.com prospects to understand and present to their specific set of
needs. Present the YourMembership.com software application to prospects via
phone and webinar, highlighting product features and fielding questions from a
variety of different prospect-types. This is an inside sales position in our
downtown St. Petersburg office. No telecommuting permitted nor travel required.
Coding specialist
determined CPT and ICD-9 codes for all outpatients and ED
encounters, ensure that all coding assignments are accurate and coded
according to policy.
Coding and coding
auditing services directly to providers. This includes the analysis and
translation of medical and clinical diagnoses, procedures, injuries, or
illnesses into designated numerical codes.
High school
education or GED is required
2 + years ICD9 &
CPT coding experience is required
Certified coder -
RHIT, RHIA, CCS-P, CCS-H, CPC or other national certification is required.
Must have 2+ years
experience in outpatient coding.
Emergency Department
coding is strongly desired.
We are currently looking for Agents to
assist travelers. This activity lends itself well to a work at home
environment as well as other business environments consistent with independent
contractors. The Agent position requires NO selling and the hours are
flexible. This is not a travel agent position but a contract position
where you will be paid for each traveler you assist. Initially, the calls
may be very sporadic as this is a startup venture, so you should consider this
as an enhancement to your current business activity.
What the
job involves:
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding wireless handset insurance
claims, electronics repair facilitation or roadside assistance requests from
wireless customers.
At least 1 year of customer service, retail or
call center experience
Excellent customer service and
communication skills
PC literacy
(Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills
Time commitment:
Full-time and part-time openings are available and exact schedules will be
discussed with each candidate, but evenings and weekends will be required. You
must be able to work at your computer throughout your entire shift (minus short
breaks and a lunch period) while maintaining a noise and distraction-free
environment.
This exciting part-time servicing
position allows agents to work from home while offering the opportunity to be

customers’ needs. The main components of this position include, addressing
account specific questions, promoting rewards and product features, and
continuing to provide feedback on how to enhance the customer experience.
Associates will be responsible for fielding
inbound calls from customers, answering questions about potential product
upgrades, providing an unmatched customer experience, and handling customer
concerns through one call resolution. The agent will also be asked to assure speedy
resolution of issues utilizing all available channels. The individual will be
responsible for delivering high quality servicing while promoting the
utilization of our card as well as our rewards services and to promote
continued loyalty and spend.

Work at Home Additional Information:
- Need to be onsite in Richmond VA for full-time
training 4-6 weeks before beginning part time schedule. Training is
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
- Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 am -
12:00 am & Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
- There will be set schedules working
approximately 30 hours a week. Schedules are a one year commitment.
