We are a busy, rapidly growing Real Estate firm, looking for Sales Associates for our newly opened offices. We will train new and veteran associates in our proven marketing system and compensate you for the schooling needed to get licensed. Experienced agents and top sellers qualify for larger commission splits based on sales.
Please note that this is NOT a salaried job, Real Estate is a Commission only based career. You are an independent contractor. We don't brag about the success of our agents but all we can say is that we are expanding while others are closing.

Real Estate company seeks individual for contacting owners of abandoned property NO LICENSE REQUIRED!.
We provide you with the proper tools (leads, training, contact info, procedures, etc.).
You provide and maintain intelligence, competency, motivation, and a professional & FRIENDLY attitude.
How it works:
We are a team of professionial property investors. Thru various means we have 3-6 leads on abandoned property per day. We will provide you with a portal which will give you owners cell phone number, last known address (other than the subject property), realatives etc. You will conduct a query based on information provided and contact the owner either directly or thru their realatives. Upon contact, you will express our intrest in giving them money in exchange for their property. After this we will do the rest. Upon succesful contract we will pay you $500.00 per transaction.
We expect a MINIMUM of 2 succesful transactions per week!
The harder you work the more you earn! This is only for serious, self motivated, hard working individuals who would like the freedom of setting their own schedule and the simultaneous ability to net six figures. Prior sales, telemarketing, or collection experience helpful but not required.
