SunTrust Bank is now hiring Full & Part Tele-Commuter Customer Service Representative to work from home. Ideal candidate must possess excellent communication & organizational skills. 1 yr CSR exp in a call center, high school diploma and ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background (fingerprint) check. The ability to work without direct physical interaction, without feling isolated. A general proficiency working with computers. The willingness & ability to workonsite at leat 1 day per month for coaching, monitoring, meetings and training. After exhausting all troubleshooting process in-home, the willingness & ability to come onsite if there are computer or system problems that prevent you from working at home. Telecommuting is not a replacement for day care. Child care must not interfer with the high performance requirements of a remote rep. The ideal candidate must also have a secure workstation, free from distractions and noise. Candidates will be answer a high volume of calls from SunTrust Banking customers. Hourly ranges from $10.00-12.26 per hour with monthly incentive based on upselling and sales referrals.
Hours are 9AM-1PM or 9:30AM-1:30PM. Must be able to train Full Time from 9AM-6PM.
