Transcribe various acute care reports dictated by the medical staff from various facilities. Obtain competency and proficiency in transcribing all work categories assigned to the hospital Medical Transcription Services Department. Initial training completed on site at the St. Joseph campus. Once training, orientation and competencies completed candidates will have the ability to telecommute.

Deliver post sales support to Oracle’s customer base.  Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.  Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for the Electronic Support Services.  Facilitate customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.  Act as the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products.  Install/Upgrade/Patch different components of Fusion applications and to keep systems healthy and usable.  Provide Fusion apps, EBSO, and database support.  Provide critical assistance, either as a result of P1 service requests or at customer request. Work with development teams to enhance the products and other tools in On Demand.  Research new product features and provides knowledge transfer to end-users and technical staff.  Establish procedures, guidelines and techniques to maximize system availability.  Perform work across multiple platforms and complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management.   May telecommute from home.
