Growing HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING business needs help improving and writing the content for its existing website. This is a contract job and will only be needed for a short time.
If you have experience in writing websites or are a good marketing writer and woud like to earn some extra money this would be perfect. Please send your experience and what you would charge to do this task. We would like to get started on this ASAP. If you have written any marketing content before feel free to provide examples. We have already contracted with a company to do the technical work, all we need is the content.

A Nonprofit located in the K St. area of Washington D.C. is looking for a Senior Application Developer with at least 5+ years of experience working with C# and asp.net. This position will involve some lead responsibilities, but will also be very hands on. I am looking for someone who has experience calling into IT executives. I work for a value added reseller (VAR) and need assistance calling heads of IT, dir. of technology, and dir. of IT infrastructure. This can be an extremely rewarding position. A call list with phone numbers and email addresses will be provided so there is no prospecting involved. It is not uncommon for someone to schedule 4 calls in one day. I will pay $60 per meeting or phone call that completes and I pay every week. This is a work from home job. Cold calling experience is a must but I am willing to consider qualified candidates who have experience outside of the IT industry. Need to hire ASAP.
