We are seeking customer focused customer service representatives to answer inbound order-taking and customer service calls for a nationally recognized Floral Company. This is a fun and exciting opportunity to “get your feet wet” working from the comforts of your home office.

We need Agents that can work / train starting on or around April 25, 2007 and can potentially work through the end of May 2007. We have the following shifts available:

Thursday – Saturday, 6am – 1pm Colorado MT - 5.5 hrs each day within this shift

Thursday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm Colorado MT - 5.5 hrs each day within this shift.
Monday – Thursday & Sat, 7am – 1pm (Colorado MT) - 5 hrs each day within this shift.
Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm (Colorado MT) - 5 hrs each day within this shift.
Monday – Thursday & Sat, 9am – 3pm (Colorado MT) - 5 hrs each day within this shift.

Most applicants meet our home office requirements, but here’s what you need to be successful:
A reliable personal computer which meets the following system requirements:
• Windows 2000, XP (Home, Professional, Media Edition) and Vista (all versions)
• Pentium II 300MHz or faster processor
• Minimum of 600MB free disk space
• Minimum of 256MB of RAM
• Internet Explorer 6.X SP1 or later
• Installed antivirus software with current virus definitions (examples: Mcafee, Norton, AVG)
• Installed current anti-spyware software (examples: Adaware SE, Spybot, Microsoft Defender)
• Subscription to a reliable, high-speed DSL or Cable(bi-directional speeds of 128K or more), land-based (no satellite or wireless) Internet service
• A wireless connection within the confines of your home is acceptable as long as your DSL or Cable connection is "hard-wired".
• A telephone line that you can dedicate for your use while working, and that you can use while also accessing the Internet
• Agree to purchase a headset that attaches to a corded telephone.
• The telephone must be a corded traditional telephone. No cordless, cellular/wireless, Cable phone providers or VoIP phones (Vonage, AT&T CallVantage, etc.)
• If you have call waiting, you must disable it while working.
