What Will I Be Doing?
As a Reservation Sales Specialist you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service to consult with customers and book customized hotel reservations via phone… all while working from the comfort of your own home! In addition you:
- Introduce our customers to products and services available through our partner companies
- Interact with multiple online systems to identify hotel availability and room options
- Provide world class customer service
- Work to meet all key performance indicators
- Be energized by our vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, by being the first choice of hotel guests, team members, and owners alike
Training rate of pay is $7.67. Upon graduation from training your hourly wage will increase to $9.00 per hour, plus incentives.

What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year steady job history in a customer oriented and/or sales role
- Minimum 6 months experience in a role requiring you to work well with people, negotiate, overcome objections, and/or upsell/cross sell
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
- Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Ability to sit for 4 hours taking back to back inbound calls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese)
- 4 year degree
- Previous Hospitality Sales Experience
Required Job Schedule Requirements:
- In this work at home position you be able to choose from a variety of Full Time schedules. Schedules will include weekend hours and some holidays.
- You must be available for our 7 week training program held onsite Monday through Friday. Training will begin on: September 17th. Hours of Training are: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
