The Director of Claims is responsible for providing expertise on general claims support to teams reviewing , researching, investigating, negotiating and processing adjustment and rework claims. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         Providers leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction through multiple layers of management and senior level staff.

·         Direct others to resolve business challenges that affect these multiple and varied functions and disciplines
·         Responsible for capacity planning, budget & financials within the scope of the team. 


Risk and Compliance Analyst for a position in Salisbury, NC.  Telecommuting available

Risk and Compliance Analyst Primary Function: 
•Carryout the execution of information security-related risk and compliance activities, including but not limited to data protection, legal, and regulatory compliance. 
•Maintains inventory of known issues and audit findings and tracks utilizing enterprise tools for remediation coordination 
•Assists with consolidating risk and compliance data for management reporting and metrics. 

Risk and Compliance Analyst Position Responsibilities: 
Privacy and Data: 
• Responsible for identifying and analyzing the data population in conjunction with IT asset management functions. 
• Integrates with other IT and Information Security teams to incorporate privacy and data protection requirements into capability delivery (e.g. - identity and access management). 
•Provides input to legal teams and other business functions where necessary with interpreting and defining information security obligations in conjunction with national, state and international data privacy obligations.

TELECOMMUTE POSITION- PART- TIME CONTRACTOR position- need professional with the following background to work for an established company in the Atlanta area: 
- At least one year experience in the staffing industry 
- Have a complete office set-up free of noise, headset, telephone 
- Transportation – if needed to visit on-site 
- Expert with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype* (*at your own expense) , maintain calendar of appointments, return calls – follow-ups 
- Will use Skype to collaborate with Director of Recruiting on statuses
