ACD Direct is phone work. You will be taking inbound calls for telethons and charitable organization. The work is seasonal so this would be good second job to pick up or supplemental income. They pay by the talk time minute with bonuses for working extra minutes.
Standard telephone line which does not have privacy protection. (Two phone lines recommended. One for personal use and one for business use.)
High Speed Internet Service. (256K minimum)
Corded/cordless phone with a noise canceling headsets
PC compatible computer system (no MACs). Minimum PIII 800mhz and 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended).
Windows 2000, Windows Vista or Windows XP operating system.
Anti-virus software.
Spyware software.
Microphone and speakers (or headset containing both).
Desk / Chair.
