Here are some tips 

•Assurance DOES NOT hire in CA, MA, OR NJ!

• Position IS 1099. You make your own schedule! Work when you want! No minimum hours required. You can work 5 hours a work or 60 it doesn't matter!

• Required internet speeds are 10 upload and 10 download! They also ask for a good performing desktop or laptop. You will also need a UBS headset!

• They pay through zelle. After your first day, you will get a text or email to receive your pay. You will just create an account and enter your card info and then after that first time your payments will automatically deposit into your account!

• The pay is commission based! You are not doing sales. The position is GUIDE. You are doing outbound calls, verifying information that the customer inputted, transferring them to licensed agents. As long as the customer spends 2 minutes on the phone you make $4-$16. Really good agents make  about $18+ an hour. Sometimes more!

• Training is self paced and not paid! Training only takes about 2-3 hours to get through. It's very fast and easy!
