Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Provide product information, review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and place orders for the customer.
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by Williams-Sonoma, Inc., guidelines.
- Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: What you need to apply
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills

This remote role will provide customer support on itinerary selection and ticketing options for air, hotel, and car reservations, and make changes to existing reservations. Event Ticketing and Sales
Taking inbound customer service calls and talking with buyers and sellers to provide first-call resolution or determine the appropriate triage route are the main tasks of this role. You’ll need some working knowledge and interest in sports, music, or theater, and one to two years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role.
Senior Living Customer Care
Working remotely, this role will provide compassionate customer care support through inbound calls and outbound calls to assist seniors and their families in finding senior living care.
